Shipping info
Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and a few other important details:
Shipping Schedule:
I ship packages once a week, usually on Mondays. Since I run a one-woman operation, I appreciate your patience! Some products are printed on demand, which means they’ll ship within about two weeks. If you order multiple items, they might arrive separately, depending on availability.
Damaged or Lost Items:
Once I hand your package over to the post office, I can’t be held responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping. However, if your product is damaged and it’s not the delivery service’s fault, here’s what to do:
1. Take clear pictures of the damaged product as soon as you receive it.
2. Email me the pictures right away, and I’ll review them.
3. If approved, I’ll send a replacement item as soon as possible. If the product is no longer available, you’ll receive a voucher for the amount you paid for the item.
Important: No cash backs
Returns:
Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Customers are responsible for return shipping. Just send me an email to get started, and I’ll guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Prints
- Customized pieces
- Commissioned work
